Task guides
Accept open work across several entities
Step-by-step task guide: Settings and security.
- Open the Group overview and choose Open work. The page lists, over every entity you may act on, the open booking and bank assignment proposals and the open bank lines for which a match was ranked. Nothing is added up across entities.
- A row appears only where you hold the rights its acceptance asks for in that entity, so the list never offers a row you would be refused. A row shows the entity (click it to open that entity), the kind (Proposal or Bank line), the label, the amount and the date.
- Tick the rows you trust, or tick Select all. At most 100 rows go in one go: Select all takes the first 100, and a longer selection is refused with a sentence. The page shows the first 200 rows; if there are more it says so, and after you accept some you reload for more.
- Click Accept selected. Each row is accepted on its own entity's rights, so a refused row does not stop the others. A bank line is confirmed with the match the matcher ranked first, as Match does on the entity's bank page.
- Afterwards the page says how many were accepted and how many refused, and a refused row stays in the list with its reason in the last column, for example Changed meanwhile, try again or This kind is accepted one by one. A kind that is accepted one by one is opened in its entity and accepted there.
- An empty page says Nothing waiting. Nothing is accepted by itself: every acceptance is your click.
