Task guides
Record the hours baseline and the quarterly labour saving
Step-by-step task guide: AI agent.
- Only owners and admins see this page. Open Billing and choose Labour saving.
- Enter the Contract start (a month) and the Quarter (1 = months 7 to 9 of the contract). Until the start is entered the page shows nothing to assess.
- Mark 3 to 5 sample clients: pick the Client, enter the Baseline hours per month (the average monthly hours before go-live) and click Mark as sample. Save baseline changes it, Remove takes the client out of the sample.
- For each month of the quarter enter the Hours worked. If some hours should not count, enter them under Excluded hours and give a Reason: Late or missing client records, Major change in the client's business or Other; add a Note, which Other needs. Click Save per month.
- As soon as hours are on record for a sample client, its baseline cannot be changed and it cannot be removed any more (Hours are on record, so the baseline and the sample can no longer be changed.).
- The assessment shows per sample client the baseline, the hours worked, the excluded hours and the saving, then the Average saving of the sample, the Bookkeeping fees of the quarter and the refund by the formula printed on the page, never above the quarter's fees. A quarter with a month missing for any sample client is not assessed; the page lists the months. A quarter still inside the introductory discount cannot be assessed yet either.
- The page works out and shows the figure; it does not pay or book a refund.
