Ask the AI agent a question

Step-by-step task guide: AI agent.

  • In the left menu click New chat, or open AI agent. The chat belongs to the client (the company whose books you are in) that is shown at the top left. Firm owners, admins, accountants, bookkeepers and tax advisors can use the agent; the two client roles (viewer and contributor) cannot.
  • Write your question in the Ask the agent field in plain words, for example "Which document still needs a VAT decision?" or "How much input tax do I have this month?". The suggestions under the field fill it in for you. Press Enter or click Send; Shift+Enter starts a new line.
  • While the agent works you see its steps. Click Stop to cancel; whatever it had already proposed or saved stays as it is.
  • The agent can look up bookings, documents, bank lines and overdue invoices, explain them and look up the law. Every answer is marked AI-generated, so check it before you rely on it.
  • Most changes are only proposals: nothing is booked or sent until a person accepts. Two things the agent saves at once, without a proposal: drafts of invoices, offers and delivery notes (and changes to such a draft), and new contacts, which stay unconfirmed until you confirm them in the contacts list. It never issues, sends or voids anything itself.
  • A tax advisor can ask and read, but cannot have the agent propose or save changes: such a step shows not allowed for your role.
  • Earlier conversations are listed under Chats in the left menu.
