DATEV export and hand-over
Exports for the tax adviser: DATEV, CSV, ZIP, Excel and PDF, and the GoBD package.
Exports: DATEV, CSV, ZIP, Excel, PDF
On Bookings: CSV, ZIP (originals), DATEV (bookings) and DATEV master data. On the reports: PDF, CSV and Excel. In Settings, DATEV: the consultant number and client number that DATEV needs. In Settings, GoBD export: the hand-over ZIP and the full data package for a tax audit.
In short
Good to know
- The export is structurally EXTF compatible; a trial import by a tax adviser is still owed.

Compliance and exports: GoBD export, retention, audit trail
GoBD export: a hand-over ZIP for the tax adviser (bookings, SuSa, BWA, GuV, DATEV master data, bank lines, open items, README) and a button 'Create package' for the full data package ('No package yet'). Retention: a table of record classes with years, counts and the next end date, and the tick box 'Allow deletion runs for this client' (off). Audit trail: who did what and when, with filters, CSV download and the note 'The chain has not been verified yet. The daily check runs overnight.'
In short
Try it
Open a row's technical details in the audit trail.
Good to know
- Sensitive actions (the DATEV file download, an IBAN change, the exit export) ask for a fresh e-mail code first, the step-up.
- Switch: 'Allow deletion runs for this client' (off).
- Deletion needs an accepted second-person proposal, per the docs.
