Ask questions in chat, let the agent draft and propose, and tune automation.

Agent chat

A chat with suggested questions, chat history in the sidebar, an attach button and, in each answer, the tool steps the agent used (for example 'Find overdue invoices'), proposal and draft cards ('Booking proposal recorded', 'Invoice draft created', 'Review in the inbox'), and the footer 'AI-generated'.

In short

The agent reads the company's data through tools that check the same permissions as the screens. It answers in German, English or Chinese, and it proposes instead of acting: a person accepts in the Inbox. The model behind it is Claude Sonnet 5.5, served in the EU.

Switched off or gated

This feature is switched off or gated for the demo client. Ask your administrator if you need it.

Autopilot with two levels: L0 suggest only (selected) and L1 review clean e-invoices automatically (not selected), with a test result '36 of 36 fields read correctly, 3 of 3 e-invoices without an issue: L1 can be switched on'. AI prompts: your own instructions for extraction. Supplier memory: 'Nothing learned yet.'

In short

Even at L1 only clean e-invoices are reviewed, and posting still needs a person. Corrections a person makes are remembered per supplier and shown as examples the next time.
