Accept or reject a proposal from the agent

Step-by-step task guide: Inbox and documents.

  • The agent changes your books and sends letters only through a proposal (a suggested change waiting for your decision), and says so in the chat, for example "Booking proposal recorded". It saves two things at once without one: drafts of invoices, offers and delivery notes, and new contacts (unconfirmed until you confirm them). It never issues or sends anything itself.
  • Click Review in the inbox under that step, or open Inbox in the left menu. Open proposals are listed under Proposals, each with the change and who made it (for example "by the assistant").
  • Read what would change; a line shows the old and the new value, such as the category of a booking. Then click Accept to apply the change or Reject to discard it. Nothing happens to your books before you do one of the two.
  • Only someone who may make that change themselves can accept it. If your role does not allow it, the app says so and a colleague with the right has to decide. A tax advisor can chat with the agent but gets no proposals from it, and the client roles cannot use the agent at all.
  • Some proposals open beside the chat in the Workspace, for example Bank assignments or Reminder run. You accept them there. A reminder letter is sent only when you accept its row, and only owners and admins may send; an accountant or bookkeeper can have the agent prepare the run but not send it.
  • An invoice draft the agent wrote is not issued. Its finalize proposal waits in the inbox for an owner or admin, and only their acceptance gives the invoice its number.
  • A proposal that was already decided cannot be decided again. If the data changed in the meantime, ask the agent for a new proposal.
