Read the group overview across all clients

Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Group overview. It is read only and shows one row per client you may read, with the date it is as of. Owners, admins, accountants and tax advisors have it as their home page; other roles land on the clients list instead. Nothing is added up across clients and nothing can be edited here.
Filter with Country (All countries) and Status: All statuses, Needs attention or All clear. Needs attention means at least one of these: bookings in review, a red field, an open issue, an open bank line, or the previous month not closed. The line "x of y entities" counts the rows shown. The view calls a client an entity.
Column Entity gives the name with country and currency. In review counts the bookings waiting for review. Fields counts the fields of those bookings by traffic light: red Must be edited, yellow Please check, green Verified. Issues counts open check findings.
Next VAT return shows the statutory due date, moved to a working day and without a permanent filing extension, plus the status period open, period locked or overdue, period not locked. A client outside Germany shows No VAT return here.
Bank shows the closing balance per currency (currencies are never added together) and how many bank lines are still open, or that all are assigned. Month close shows Last month closed or Last month open, meaning the previous calendar month, and up to which month the books are locked. Last DATEV export shows the date of the latest DATEV handover or Never.
Click a column heading to sort: the first click puts the most work, or the soonest date, on top, the second click reverses it. The name opens the client. A count with work behind it opens that client's Inbox, and the open bank lines open the Finances list of unassigned lines.
No entities yet means you may read no client yet. No entity matches means the Country or Status filter hides every row; change it.
