Let the agent remember a fact or forget it

The agent keeps short facts so you need not repeat them: a decision of your tax advisor, a fact about the client company, or how you like to work. Tell it in the chat, for example "Remember that this client files its VAT quarterly."
It keeps only what you said or what a document states, never a guess. Health, religion, politics and similar private matters are refused, and amounts, accounts or tax codes are not kept as rules because they come from the books.
A fact is not kept at once. The agent records a proposal, and you accept it under Proposals in the Inbox (the entry reads "Keep or forget a fact"). Click Accept to keep it or Reject to drop it.
Later the agent looks the facts up before it says it does not know something about the client. A remembered fact is advice only: amounts and dates always come from the books and documents.
To drop a fact, say so in the chat, for example "Forget that the client files quarterly." The agent proposes deleting it, and it is gone once someone with the right accepts in the Inbox.
If the app says the daily or the open limit is reached, decide the waiting proposals first or try again the next day.
