Compliance
Getting started
Sign in, set up the organisation profile and teams, and start the first gap analysis.
This guide takes you from a first sign-in to a started gap analysis. Compliance runs inside the Core app, so the account steps are the Core ones: see Getting started in Core and Sign-in and roles.
Sign in and create the organisation
On a first sign-in the app shows Get Started with two tabs: Create organization and Wait for an invite. For a new organisation you only enter the company name. If a colleague invited you, open the second tab and paste the invite link or code.
In short
Try it
Sign in and choose Create organization.
Enter the company name and confirm with Get Started.
Good to know
- Roles and invitations are described in Teams and members.
Fill in the organisation profile
Open Settings, then Organization. The profile is the master data the checklists reuse: legal name, legal form, legal representative, commercial register, tax ID, address, business email and phone, industry and employee count, website. A Data Protection Officer section holds the DPO type (Internal, External or No DPO), name, email and phone, and a field for the EU Representative under Art. 27 GDPR.
In short
Try it
Open Settings and choose Organization.
Enter the company data and the DPO details, then save.
Good to know
- Whether you can edit the profile depends on your role. If the DPO is not set, an owner can set it here.
- The profile is stored encrypted. See Security and audit.
Teams
A team is a working area inside the organisation, for example a department or a client. The first entry is the Default team. Create further teams from the team switcher in the sidebar and give each a name. Risks, tasks, checklists and documents are shown for the selected team.
In short
Try it
Open the team switcher and choose Create Team.
Name the team and select it.
Dashboard and agent
The sidebar entry Dashboard shows the organisation as a whole: score, risks and every team in one table (see Dashboard and score). The entry Agent opens the chat with the AI agent, which you can ask for example about your compliance status, missing data processing agreements or the next step. More about the chat in AI agent.
In short
Start the first gap analysis
Open Library. The gap analysis is listed with the checklists. Click it to open the card, then open its sections one by one. Answer in the fields, or ask the agent to help. Details are in Gap analysis and checklists.
Try it
Open Library and find the GDPR gap analysis.
Open a section and fill in the fields you know.
Use Ask on a field when you are unsure.
Good to know
- Checklists come from installed packages. If a checklist is missing, an administrator can check the packages under Settings, Plugins (Skills and plugins).
