Compliance
Risks
The register of compliance risks: severity, likelihood, remediation and the tasks that fix them.
Risks in the sidebar lists the findings of your compliance work. Risks are created by the agent when it analyzes documents and checklists, or by you. The same page exists per team under that team's route; the organization-wide view and each team have their own list.
The risk register
A table with a row per risk and these columns: Severity, Title, Category, Description, Likelihood, Score, Zone, Remediation and Tasks.
- Severity is Critical, High, Medium or Low.
- Likelihood is Very Likely, Likely, Unlikely or Rare.
- Score and Zone show the rating. The zone has a coloured dot, green, yellow, orange or red.
- Category names the document family the risk belongs to, for example AVV, TOM, ROPA, DPIA or Consent.
- Remediation is the measure to take.
In short
Try it
Open Risks. Use the filter at the top to show one severity, or type in Search.
Click a column header to sort. Drag a column edge or a row edge to resize.
Choose + Add and type a title. Fill severity, category and remediation in the row.
Good to know
- Without findings the page says "No risk findings yet" and offers Add a risk.
- Search can also be opened from a link with a search term.
Link tasks to a risk
The Tasks cell shows the tasks linked to a risk. Choose + Assign Task to pick an existing task. When all tasks are linked it says "All tasks linked", and "Not assigned" appears when a risk has no task. Tasks show their risks in turn under Linked Risks, see Tasks.
Ask the agent
On a row, Ask agent opens a session about that risk, for example to explain it, propose remediation or create tasks. The row menu also has Delete.
Delete
Delete all removes every risk of the current list after you confirm the count ("Delete all N risks?"). It cannot be undone.
Good to know
- Needed rights are separate per action: read, create, update (rate and change) and delete. See Sign-in and roles.
- The dashboard summarizes risks by severity and over time; see Dashboard.
