Compliance
Tasks
Track compliance work on a board or in a table, with owners, due dates, evidence and linked risks.
Tasks in the sidebar is the to-do list of your compliance work. The agent proposes tasks from analyses, and you can add your own. Each team has its own list as well as the organization-wide one.
Board and table
Switch between the board and the table with the buttons at the top right. The board has the columns Backlog, To Do, In Progress, Review, Done and Cancelled. Drag a card to another column to change its status. In the table you can select rows, filter by status and priority, search ("Search tasks") and sort.
In short
Try it
Choose Add task, type a title and press Enter. On the board you can also right-click to create.
Open the task. Set Status, Priority (Low, Medium, High, Critical) and Type (Compliance, Legal, Technical, Documentation, Training).
Set the assignee and the due date, and write a description.
Good to know
- Each task has a number. Copy ID puts the task ID on the clipboard, which is handy to refer to it in a session.
Evidence
Attach proof that the work was done: drop files, paste with Ctrl+V or click to upload. A task with evidence is marked "Has evidence". Evidence and its extracted text are stored encrypted.
Linked risks
A task can address one or more risks. In the task, under Linked Risks, choose + Link Risk and pick from the list; the message "All risks linked" appears when none are left, and "No risks yet" when the register is empty. Go to Risks and View all risks open the Risks page.
Row menu, selection and deletion
The menu of a table row has Copy ID, Set Status, Set Priority, Assign To, Unassign and Delete. The toolbar filters by status and priority. Select several rows to delete them together with Delete (N). Delete all removes every task after confirmation and cannot be undone.
