Settings

A tour of the Settings dialog and who can open which page.

Settings open as a dialog from the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar. On the left is a list of pages, on the right the page itself. On a phone the pages are grouped in a list. This guide is a short tour and links to the guides that cover each page in depth.

In short

You only see the pages your rights allow. Organization and Rules need the right to change the organisation, Connectors needs the right to create and edit connections. The others are open to every member.

Organization

The Organization Profile holds the company data used in documents: Legal Name, Legal Form, Address, Business Email and Phone, Commercial Register, Tax ID / VAT Number, Website, Industry and Employee Count, the Data Protection Officer (name, email, phone, internal or external, or none) and the EU Representative (Art. 27 GDPR).

Try it

Open Settings, then Organization.

Fill in the company data and the Data Protection Officer, then save. You see "Organization profile saved".

Good to know

  • The agent can use this profile when it fills checklists and drafts documents.

Auth

Account, Members & Invites, Roles & Rights and Sessions. See Sign-in and roles and Teams and members.

Rules

The page Rules (Control what the agent can do automatically) groups switches under Active legal frameworks, Automation, Research, Document Generation, Data Protection, Navigation, File Uploads and Tool Policy. Examples: Run compliance analysis, Create tasks, Generate DPAs, Write documents, Web research, Legal research, Require plan approval, and Ask before deleting for checklists, documents, files and tasks. At least one legal framework must stay active. See The AI agent.

Connectors, Plugins, Routines and Memory

  • Connectors: connected tools and APIs, see Connectors.
  • Plugins: installable packages, see Skills and plugins.
  • Routines: the organisation's automated flows, see Routines.
  • Memory: what the agent remembers, see Memory.

Encryption, Audit Log and Data & Privacy

These pages are grouped as Security. See Security and audit. Data & Privacy holds your consent for product and marketing emails, shows when you accepted the privacy policy and terms, your profile and the data protection contact.

UI

Your own interface preferences: theme, layout, fonts and sidebar behaviour. They belong to you only and do not change what colleagues see.

Danger Zone

Always visible. Here you can delete your own account (your right under Art. 17 GDPR). Deleting the organisation is reserved to the Owner and removes all teams, sessions, documents and data permanently, after you type the confirmation text.

Cannot be undone

Deleting an account or organisation is permanent. Export what you need first, see Library and files.

Billing is a separate page: Plans and billing.
