Plans and billing
See your plan and limits, subscribe, manage the subscription, cancel and resume.
The page Plan & billing shows your subscription, the usage limits that come with it and the plans you can switch to. It is a page of its own at the address /settings/billing in the app, next to the settings.

Your plan and limits
Current plan names your active subscription and the quotas it grants, for example "Unlimited" where there is no cap. If your plan has no limits the page says so. The plans in the catalogue are Free, Starter, Professional and Enterprise, each with a short description. At the time of writing the app lists Free at 0 EUR a month, Starter at 49 EUR a month and Professional at 199 EUR a month; Enterprise is "Contact us" and comes with custom limits, SSO and dedicated support.
Try it
Open the billing page and read Current plan.
Compare the plans below it. The plan you are on is marked Current plan, a free plan is marked Included.
Good to know
- If you see "Billing isn't configured for this workspace yet", this installation has no payment connection. Ask your administrator.
Subscribe or upgrade
Press Upgrade on a plan. A payment form opens on the same page ("Subscribe to ..."). Enter the payment details and press Pay now. Your card details do not leave this page. After "Payment successful, your plan is active." the new plan applies.
Try it
Press Upgrade on the plan you want.
Enter the payment details and press Pay now.
Good to know
- While a payment is in progress, the app holds back updates so the page does not reload under you.
- On errors you see "Could not start checkout" or "We couldn't process your payment". Check your details and try again.
Manage, cancel and resume
Manage subscription opens the billing portal of the payment provider. Cancel plan asks for confirmation: the plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then reverts to Free. Until then the page shows "Your plan ends on ..." and Resume plan keeps it. Use Keep my plan in the dialog to stop cancelling.

Good to know
- If the portal does not open you see "Could not open the billing portal". Try again.
