Core
Skills and plugins
Adjust the agent's skills for your organization and install plugin packages with their own tools, checklists and templates.
Skills tell the agent how to do a kind of work. Plugins are installable packages that bring skills, tools, checklists, templates and routines.
Skills
Open the Skills page. The page lists the skills from the repository, the baseline ones and your own Custom ones. Select one to read it. "Select a skill from the repository, or create a new one."
- New skill creates your own skill with a title and a text.
- Customize on a baseline skill lets you edit it: "Saving creates an organization copy that overrides this baseline skill." The original stays untouched.
- Edit, Save, Cancel and Delete do what they say.
In short
Try it
Open Skills and select a baseline skill.
Choose Customize, change the wording and Save.
The skill now appears as Custom.
Good to know
- If skills cannot be loaded or saved, the page says "Could not load skills" or "Could not save". Try again.
Plugins
Open Settings, Plugins. The tab is open to every member. It shows Installed and Available plugins and, for each, its state: Installed, Installed (default), Disabled or Blocked. Open a plugin to see its Capabilities, Checklists, Routines and Templates.
| Action | Who |
|---|---|
| Read the list and the details | every member |
| Install, Disable, Enable, Uninstall | people with the right to change the organization (administrators) |
| Request a plugin | administrators |
| Review requests | people who review requests |
"Installed, but the agent currently has no tools from this package" tells you a plugin is installed without tools being available to the agent.
Good to know
- A plugin may be Blocked by your platform admin ("Blocked by your platform admin: reason").
- Checklists of a package that is not installed cannot be saved: "This checklist's package isn't installed for this organisation."
- Uninstall removes the routines the package created. Items that you edited or activated are kept, and the result tells you what was "Kept".
Request a plugin
Administrators can choose Request a plugin and give a GitHub repository (owner/repo), an optional ref and the reason ("Why do you need this plugin?"), then Request. Your requests are listed under Request history with a state: Requested, Approved, Rejected, Withdrawn or Failed. A request can be withdrawn with Withdraw. People who review requests see Review requests.
