Marsstein compliance walks a company through the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It starts with a gap analysis, continues with the records and assessments the GDPR asks for (TOM, ROPA, DSAR, DPIA), drafts documents from legal templates, collects signatures and keeps risks and tasks in one place. An AI agent helps with every step, and a person always confirms what it proposes.

Besides the GDPR checklists and templates, the library holds one template under the AI Act: the fundamental rights impact assessment (FRIA). Other regulations are not covered by these guides.
